Pet Policy

At The Galleria we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats that weigh 50lbs or less, or two pets with a combined weight of  75lbs combined.  Because we understand that accidents sometimes

happen, we do require a non-refundable $300-$400 pet fee (per pet) and a $100 refundable deposit (per pet). We do not charge pet rent.

Please ask us about our restrictions on aggressive breeds.
